I bought size 43 for a European size 42 foot (26.5 cm) and they still feel a bit tight, so they definitely run small.
sewn as if normal, but the sole is like plastic
In a word, I wouldn't buy such a thing a second time.
although they arrived very quickly 👍 🙂
