1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check the cart or any active promotions for eligibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a **tracking number**. Use it to track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your account on minounou.us.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Minounou is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at meriliennecyrise20@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at meriliennecyrise20@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all purchased items passes to you upon carrier handoff. Minounou is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the carrier.
