My foot is 28.5 cm, I ordered size 46 (29.5 cm) and there is a 0.5-1 cm margin. I don't know how size 45 would fit. But with thick insoles (Formhotic) it's fine. So, if the shoes are slightly too big, you can use a thicker insole and it will be fine. I haven't had a chance to walk in them fully yet, but the first impression is... they are very soft, softer than my Gel-Trabuco Terra 2 running shoes.
